Horses have always been a passion of mine.
Knowing what it feels like, either running my
‘ hands over my horses, know ing their conform -
ation, temperament, looking for their true car -
riage when riding, or just being in their presence.
I am obsessed with paint ing the texture of these
beauti ful creatures and the way that the shadow
and the shine dictates the shape of the muscle,
bone structure and move ment. I love allow ing
my eyes deconstruct every thing into abstract
brush strokecs which, when I step back I hope
I always do them justice.
